In our science lessons in Chestnut class, we have been investigating friction by putting different surfaces on a ramp and seeing how well a car travelled down it. It was super fun! We planned our test carefully and made sure to record all our results accurately. We wanted to find out how far the car could travel on each surface. We made predictions and then recorded our findings in a bar chart. It was exciting to see how well the car the travelled on the different surfaces. In the next lesson we tested the strength of different magnets. We planned and carried out the investigation then drew conclusions.
